Decided to stay extra day so talked to night staff where NO was going to be the only quick and obvious answer. Booked smaller room thru bookings.com. Next day I called front desk to ask how the move to smaller room would work. Ten minutes later I was checked back in to my same bigger room at same price. THIS is how you get return business.
